I don't really understand why the priest is wearing a cocktail dress, but other than that this work is brilliant. I love the comic style of the demon, and the black wings that almost appear like a cape of darkness. The sense of movement near his legs is also brilliant. That in combination with the flowing rocks in the background gives this piece a great dynamic look.
